目的：观察痛风定胶囊治疗高尿酸血症的临床疗效及安全性。方法：将60例高尿酸血症患者随机分为两组，治疗组30例口服痛风定胶囊，空白对照组30例给予饮食控制，两组患者均给予口服碳酸氢钠；连续用药6个月，分别观察两组患者治疗前、治疗后4周、13周及26周临床疗效及相关实验指标的变化。结果：治疗组较对照组血尿酸水平有明显降低且无副作用，两组结果比较差异有显著性。结论：痛风定胶囊治疗高尿酸血症有较好疗效，无明显副作用。
